We start 9 underclassmen and most of the backups are young too. I think we had a 3 game winning streak vs. Duke. I couldn't watch the game but the stats were pretty even. Last season we were lead by seniors. This season, we have a few seniors (graduate students) but the leadership doesn't come close to last season's. Paige Petty appears to be our leader and she's just a sophomore. Young teams normally don't handle pressure or adversity as well as experienced teams. After 3 weeks, it looks like we may not have enough experience to qualify for the NCAA Tournament this spring. I just want to see this team get better and gain more confidence. We'll be much better next season and I still believe that we'll be a Top 10 program that will be good enough to challenge for the ACC Championship in 2021.
